COACHING PLAN

Whether you're looking to run your first 5km, qualify for that bucket list race of your dreams or simply, gain that consistency, Endures bespoke coaching package delivers an individually tailored plan directly to you.

A bespoke bi-weekly or weekly training plan delivered via the an app. PLUS adjustments to your plan whenever necessary to allow you to balance training with your day-to-day life. Running should fit your lifestyle, not the other way around.


 
I felt like I was struggling to progress with my training and I didn't have a good understanding of how to train properly. So I reached out to Tommy and I haven't looked back since! Just within a month of doing his training program I have smashed my 10k and half marathon PB, and not by a few seconds.. by minutes! I don't believe I could have done this on my own. Tommy is helping me achieve my goal of getting a BQ and I can't wait to see what the future holds!
