TRAINING PLAN:

A bespoke bi-weekly or weekly training plan delivered via an app. PLUS adjustments to your plan whenever necessary to allow you to balance training with your day-to-day life. Running should fit your lifestyle, not the other way around. 

 

REGULAR CHECK-INS:

An onboarding questionnaire, regular check-ups to chat all things progress, racing plans, and areas of improvements PLUS 24/7 WhatsApp support.

 

RACE STRATEGY:

Achieve your full potential with pace guidance for all sessions and help planning your race strategy. I can also provide race day pre/during and post race fuelling guidance. 

ADVICE & GUIDANCE 

 Advice for all aspects of running, from shoes and gear to strength training and race selections.

I felt like I was struggling to progress with my training and I didn't have a good understanding of how to train properly. So I reached out to Tommy and I haven't looked back since! Just within a month of doing his training program I have smashed my 10k and half marathon PB, and not by a few seconds.. by minutes! I don't believe I could have done this on my own.
